Golden Sips Policies

Rental Packages 

When Your Reservation Is Confirmed:

Your reservation is considered fully confirmed only after Golden Sips has received both:

  1. The required 50% deposit, and

  2. The completed and signed Golden Sips Rental Agreement.

Until both requirements have been satisfied, the reservation is considered pending and not fully confirmed.

 

Failure to Return the Rental Agreement

If Golden Sips does not receive the completed and signed Rental Agreement by the applicable deadline, Golden Sips reserves the right to cancel the reservation and release the event date to other customers.

If a reservation is canceled because the Renter failed to complete and return the required Rental Agreement by the stated deadline, the 50% deposit is nonrefundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By submitting the deposit and proceeding with the reservation, the Renter acknowledges that completing the Rental Agreement is a required condition of the reservation and that failure to complete it by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to return the Rental Agreement is not considered a standard customer cancellation and does not qualify for a refund under Golden Sips’ standard Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.

Cancellation & Refunds After Confirmation

Cancellation

Once Golden Sips has received both the required deposit and signed Rental Agreement, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled event: Full refund of amounts paid.

  • Between 12 and 48 hours before the scheduled event: 50% refund of amounts paid.

  • 12 hours or less before the scheduled event: No refund.

  • No-show or failure to provide access: No refund, subject to the site-access provisions above.

 

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted to Golden Sips at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

Golden Sips will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested new date; however, rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

If a rescheduling request is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event, Golden Sips may be unable to accommodate the requested date. If Golden Sips cannot accommodate the new date, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation terms above will apply.

Golden Sips Terms

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Golden Sips website and your booking or use of Golden Sips services.

By using our website, submitting a reservation, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Rental, Booking & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable Golden Sips Rental Agreement.

 

1. Eligibility & Reservations

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a reservation with Golden Sips.

All trailer rentals require a 50% deposit and a completed, signed Golden Sips Rental Agreement. Payment of the deposit alone does not fully confirm a reservation.

Failure to return the required Rental Agreement by the deadline provided by Golden Sips may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit, as described in our Rental, Booking & Cancellation Policy.

 

2. Rental Policies

All Golden Sips rentals are subject to our separate Rental, Booking & Cancellation Policy and signed Rental Agreement.

These documents contain important information regarding:

  • Deposits and payments

  • Cancellations and refunds

  • Rescheduling

  • Delivery and setup

  • Trailer access and space requirements

  • Event and insurance requirements

  • Customer-supplied beverages and alcohol

  • Equipment use

  • Damage, loss, and cleaning

  • Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing these policies before completing a reservation.

 

3. Payments & Pricing

Customers agree to pay all charges associated with their reservation according to the applicable booking confirmation, invoice, policies, and Rental Agreement.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize Golden Sips and its payment processor to process agreed charges associated with your reservation.

Golden Sips makes reasonable efforts to ensure that website pricing and information are accurate. We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or technical errors.

 

4. Safe & Lawful Use

Golden Sips equipment must be used safely, responsibly, and only for its intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their event and use of Golden Sips equipment comply with applicable laws, venue requirements, and safety requirements.

Golden Sips reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when we reasonably determine that conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or may result in injury or property damage.

 

5. Alcohol Responsibility

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and legally permitted, Golden Sips does not sell, furnish, purchase, or provide alcoholic beverages.

Customers are responsible for supplying their own beverages and for complying with all applicable laws and requirements concerning alcohol possession, service, consumption, and legal drinking age.

Additional alcohol-related responsibilities may be contained in the Golden Sips Rental Agreement and Rental, Booking & Cancellation Policy.

 

6. Website Information & Availability

Golden Sips makes reasonable efforts to keep our website, pricing, descriptions, photographs, availability, and other information accurate and current.

However, we cannot guarantee that all website information will always be free from errors or interruptions.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information when necessary.

 

7. Third-Party Services

Golden Sips may use third-party providers for website hosting, booking, payment processing, communications, and other business functions.

Golden Sips is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by independent third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Sips is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of our website or rental services, event interruptions, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Golden Sips is not responsible for costs or losses associated with third-party event expenses such as venues, catering, entertainment, beverages, accommodations, or other vendors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

 

9. Intellectual Property

The Golden Sips name, logo, photographs, graphics, website content, designs, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior authorization from Golden Sips.

 

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also subject to the Golden Sips Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information.

 

11. Rental Agreement Controls

These Terms are intended to work together with the Golden Sips Rental, Booking & Cancellation Policy and applicable signed Rental Agreement.

If these Terms conflict with a provision of a signed Golden Sips Rental Agreement concerning a specific rental, the signed Rental Agreement will control for that rental, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

12. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Golden Sips may update these Terms periodically. Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of an existing confirmed reservation unless agreed to by the parties or required by law.
