A: Golden Sips does not sell, furnish, purchase, or provide ANY beverages as part of its trailer rental service. Customers are solely responsible for supplying their own beverages and must ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol possession, service, consumption, and legal drinking age during the rental period. Additionally, customers should review and adhere to any alcohol-related policies outlined in the Golden Sips rental agreement to ensure a safe and lawful experience.

A: Golden Sips guarantees chilled beverages throughout your event by equipping each rental trailer with a jockey box featuring four metal coils. These coils are fully surrounded by ice, which we provide with every rental. As your drinks pass through the coils, they are rapidly cooled, maintaining optimal temperature for serving. This system allows for efficient and consistent cold dispensing, ensuring your guests enjoy refreshing beverages no matter the duration or size of your event.
A: Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your rental with Golden Sips. Once we have received both the required deposit and your signed Rental Agreement, the following cancellation terms apply: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled event, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made between 12 and 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of amounts paid. Unfortunately, cancellations made 12 hours or less before the scheduled event are non-refundable. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make changes so we can assist you promptly and accommodate your needs whenever feasible.
A: To secure your rental trailer reservation with Golden Sips, a 50% deposit of the total rental price is required at the time of booking to begin holding your requested event date. However, please note that payment of this deposit alone does not complete or guarantee your reservation. To finalize and confirm your booking, you must also complete and sign the Golden Sips Rental Agreement. This two-step process ensures your spot is fully reserved so you can Sip, Savor, and Celebrate without a hitch!
A: At Golden Sips, customers are responsible for procuring their own kegs through local liquor stores to pair with our trailer rental service. We recommend ordering your kegs well in advance, as some liquor stores may require up to a week to complete your order. This approach allows you to select your preferred beverages while we provide the perfect trailer setup for your event. Planning ahead ensures a smooth experience and helps you Sip, Savor, and Celebrate without delays.
A: Absolutely! At Golden Sips, we believe everyone should Sip, Savor, and Celebrate, regardless of their beverage choice. If you don’t drink alcohol, no worries—we offer three empty mini kegs that you can fill with any non-alcoholic beverage you prefer, such as soda, water, juice, or your favorite drink. Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll make sure your trailer is perfectly stocked to suit your taste and celebration style!
A: Yes, Golden Sips provides flexible beverage options to accommodate your preferences and those of your guests. Our trailer rental includes three empty kegs designed specifically for you to pour your own choice of drinks, whether that’s Truly, Sun Cruiser, wine, margaritas, or other preferred beverages. This feature allows you to personalize your experience and ensure everyone at your event can sip, savor, and celebrate exactly what they enjoy.

After each rental the entire trailer is sanitized and the kegs use a special keg cleaning solution that thoroughly sanitizes all components, including the coils and mini kegs used in our trailer setups. This process involves a comprehensive cleaning cycle that removes residue and contaminants to uphold hygiene and beverage quality. However, despite these rigorous sanitation efforts, we advise customers with allergies such as gluten sensitivity to exercise caution, as traces may still be present. Our commitment is to provide clean and well-maintained equipment, making Golden Sips the trusted choice for your celebratory needs.
